OAK offers two separate programs:
Vancouver Program:
- 8 to 12 year olds
- Focused on introduction to orienteering but suitable for any kids in this age group
- Various parks in East Van and the Westside (e.g Trout Lake to Jericho)
- Weekday evenings 6:30pm-7:45pm
- 8 sessions
North Van Program:
- 12 to 18 year olds (more competitively focused)
- Centered on the North Shore
- Weekday evenings 6:30pm-7:45pm
- 8 sessions
The cost of the program is $120 for 8 sessions. This includes:
- 8 coaching sessions at various locations.
- FREE annual membership in the Greater Vancouver Orienteering Club (GVOC).
- FREE safety whistle, to be brought to each session.
